Offline test
Also: air-gap test, network-off test
A test that shows a task can run with no network link. It does not prove that the app will never send data later.
The fuller definition
An offline test runs a local AI tool with the network disconnected or blocked, to show that answers are produced on the machine itself. It is a simple, repeatable check before trusting a setup with confidential material.

Still answers
A simplified relationship, not a screenshot or a complete design.
A concrete example
With Wi-Fi off and the cable unplugged, the model still answers a new question at normal speed.
The distinction that matters
Record the date, app, model, and result, so the test can be repeated after updates.
